Individual Images

“It’s the simple things in your life that make up the bulk of it. The mundane is where we live and we end up missing most of it. We find it again in the silence and in attention of everyday life.” Unknown It is not always possible to work on a project or take a series of images. Using in-camera techniques is serendipitous and as an image can never be re-created, there is no guarantee a series will emerge, so several of my images standalone. They have been inspired by poetry or simply marks on a surface which have triggered my imagination. One image was made from the back light of a car after a friend challenged me to be creative with something mundane.
